All of the detailed product information including, text, images, pricing, stock levels, options and categorisation can be updated via the catalogue area. For traders who have large numbers of product lines this can also be accomplished using an Excel 'Load Sheet' which allows rapid data entry and upload as well as the ability to alter data whilst offline.
Prompt order fulfilment is essential and customers can process orders, print invoices & dispatch notes and make refunds all via the eStreet control panel.
All other aspects of retail operations from promotions through to security have their own respective control panel areas so they too are under full customer control.
